Processing & Shipping
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–6 business days. Please note that processing times may increase during launches, sales, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Time:
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Tracking:
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
Delays:
D. Monét Hair is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This ensures the highest level of hygiene and quality for every doll.
Exceptions:
If you receive the wrong order or an item with a verified issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Hair must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Proof (photos/videos) must be provided
Once approved, we will resolve the issue accordingly.
Terms & Conditions
- All payments must be made in full before order processing begins
- Processing and shipping times are separate and must be acknowledged before purchase
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
- Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping and billing information
